This Privacy Policy explains how NAVIGATE s.r.o. ("we", "us") processes personal data in connection with the CF Forecast service, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Name, email address, company, and role, processed to create and administer your account and provide the Service. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Log data and feature usage, processed to operate, secure, and improve the Service. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data you upload or enter to generate your cashflow forecast (e.g. invoices, bank transactions, payroll data), processed solely to provide the functionality you request. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Your data is stored and processed within the EU/EEA: database and application hosting via Supabase (EU West, Ireland), and application compute via Vercel (Dublin, Ireland). We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA for these processing activities.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by applicable statutory retention obligations under Slovak and EU law (for example, accounting and tax record-keeping requirements). Data no longer required is deleted or anonymised.
